New date and details!

Graham Smith, CEO of the UK's Republic campaign, and Daniel White of Labor for an Australian Republic and Professor Jenny Hocking, author of Palace Letters, will be discussing the abolition of the monarchy in an online event on Sunday October 20.

Support for the monarchy in the UK has fallen sharply in recent years, as low as 45% at the start of 2024. Support among those under 50 is falling even further.

Meanwhile the republican movement is growing rapidly, hitting headlines, staging protests and challenging the monarchy over its corruption.

In Australia there are grounds for optimism, while active support for the monarchy remains a minority view.

Come and find out why the monarchy isn't just wrong for Australia, but bad for the UK. Hear the principled arguments, the passionate defence of democracy and the scandalous failures of the royal household.
