This is an external event by Northampton Socialist Film Club.
On Sunday 7th September, from 1-4pm the Northampton Socialist Film Club will be screening The Man Who Shouldn't Be King, a Republic-produced documentary. Doors open at 1pm, with the screening at 1.30pm.
The documentary looks at Charles's previous role as Duke of Cornwall and the way he treated Duchy tenants, as well as how he uses his power and influence to lobby government and other public bodies. This film was produced while he was still Prince Charles but is no less powerful now he is king.
This is a great opportunity for members and supporters in the area to socialise, meet one another and be inspired to take action by this film screening.
This event will be free, but please do reserve a ticket for the Northampton Socialist Film Club to organise the event effectively here.
If you can't make this event, but want to watch the film in your own time, check out Republic's YouTube channel where you can find it freely available to watch. 📽
