Come to Republic's one-off members' meeting to help the organisation improve our own constitution - and hear lots of reasons for optimism.

A further review of Republic's governing documents and some issues which the board has needed to deal with this year has prompted directors to propose some amendments to Republic's own constitution.

The board is keen to get these amendments sorted before the next Annual General Meeting in October. An EGM (extraordinary general meeting) has been called for Thursday August 13th, via Zoom.

The following part of the meeting has also been designated the AGM. The AGM will then be adjourned until the main meeting in October. This is to comply with our current Articles.

You can now vote online - whether you are attending the EGM or not. Voting is only open to members and eligibility of voters will be checked before results are announced.

Members may vote electronically before and during the meeting, up to 8pm on Thursday 13th August. That means we can get more people participating than would otherwise be possible.

Our CEO, Graham Smith, will be giving a brief presentation on the campaign, talking about what's in the pipeline. There'll also be a Q&A.
