Republic's Annual General Meeting is your chance to hear reports from staff and directors about how the campaign is progressing, to hold directors to account and to debate the issues surrounding the campaign.

  • Chair's welcome from Emily Robinson, Executive Chair.
  • Minutes from the 2010 Annual General Meeting.
  • Elections to the Executive Committee and Board of Republic.
    Nominees are:

    As the election is uncontested all nominees will be declared elected at the AGM.

  • Resolutions to the Annual General Meeting.

    There is one resolution from the board:

    "This AGM agrees that decisions regarding the level charged for membership subscriptions are delegated to the Executive Committee."
