Party and fundraiser

Republic is proud to host Love Republic, a night of top music and entertainment to conclude the "not the royal wedding" day in style.

We've hired a whole bar right by London Bridge station for the occasion, and we're lining up a schedule of live music, performers, a fundraising auction and special surprises to make sure the republican shindig outshines all the rest.

The Love Republic party is for anyone who wants to let their hair down and get away from the royal wedding hype. It is going to be THE place to be on the night of the wedding, bar none. Even Wills and Kate will wish they were here instead (probably).

KMT

KMT is a hip-hop artist and DJ who fuses R'n'B, dancehall, soul, broken beats, world and grime. He's been working on stages throughout the world for over 12 years, playing venues like Cargo, Shunt, Fabric, Glastonbury Festival and the African Cup of Nations 2008 in Ghana.

Kingsize Slim

Kingsize Slim (aka Toby Barelli) is the undisputed king of the 'fat boogie blues', specialising in a potent combination of guitars, percussion and vocal which 'shouts loud and kisses sweet'. Kingsize Slim, described as a 'crowd grabber who whips up a storm', is a must see act on the alt.blues circuit.

The party kicks off at 7.30pm and goes on 'til late. Tickets are strictly limited and will all be sold in advance. Unfortunately we can't allow entry on the night without a ticket!
